Introductory Service Offer

Promotion Terms & Conditions

Effective October 6, 2026

These terms govern Veltek's introductory service promotion for eligible new commercial customers in Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties, Florida.

Important Offer Information

The Promotion Covers Qualifying Veltek Service Labor Only.

Equipment, replacement parts, cable, lifts, parking, tolls, specialty equipment, third-party costs, and other excluded expenses are not included. No purchase of equipment, system replacement, monitoring service, or future project is required to request or qualify for the Promotion. Eligibility and promotional service time must be confirmed by Veltek before the visit is scheduled.

01

The Promotion

The Veltek Introductory Service Offer (“Promotion”) provides eligible new commercial customers with qualifying Veltek service labor for one approved introductory service visit, up to the number of promotional labor hours applicable to the customer's promotional tier.

The Promotion covers qualifying labor only. Equipment, replacement parts, cable, lifts, parking, tolls, specialty equipment, third-party costs, and other excluded items are not included.

No purchase of equipment, replacement system, monitoring service, or future project is required to request or qualify for the Promotion.

02

Eligibility

To qualify, the customer must:

  • Be a new Veltek commercial customer.
  • Request service for a commercial property located in Hillsborough County or Pinellas County, Florida.
  • Be authorized to request work at the applicable property.
  • Have an issue involving a system or service that Veltek is qualified and willing to support.
  • Receive confirmation from Veltek that the request and proposed service visit qualify for the Promotion.

Residential properties are not eligible.

Submission of an online form does not by itself confirm eligibility or reserve a promotional tier.

Veltek may treat businesses, affiliated entities, or locations under common ownership or control as a single customer for purposes of promotional eligibility where reasonably necessary to prevent duplicate use of the Promotion.

03

One Promotional Visit

The Promotion applies to one qualifying service visit per eligible customer unless Veltek agrees otherwise in writing.

Unused promotional labor hours:

  • Have no cash value.
  • Cannot be exchanged for a credit.
  • Cannot be transferred to another customer.
  • Do not automatically carry over to another visit.

If additional or return service is required, Veltek will discuss the next step with the customer before performing billable work.

04

Promotional Service Tiers

Customers 1–5
4 Up to 4 hours of qualifying service labor
Customers 6–10
3 Up to 3 hours of qualifying service labor
Customers 11–15
2 Up to 2 hours of qualifying service labor
Customers 16+
1 Up to 1 hour of qualifying service labor

The applicable tier is determined when Veltek confirms the qualifying service visit—not when an inquiry or form submission is first received.

Customer numbering is based on the chronological order in which qualifying promotional service visits are confirmed by Veltek.

Once Veltek confirms a qualifying visit and promotional tier, that tier will apply to the confirmed visit even if later customers move into a different tier.

05

Qualifying Service Labor

Subject to system type, condition, accessibility, available credentials, technician capability, and Veltek approval, qualifying labor may include troubleshooting or evaluation involving supported commercial electronic-security systems such as:

  • Access-control troubleshooting.
  • Camera or video-surveillance issues.
  • Intrusion or alarm-system troubleshooting.
  • Intercom issues.
  • Investigation of communications problems.
  • Evaluation of existing security equipment.
  • Selected programming or configuration issues.
  • Diagnosis of system or device failures.
  • Other electronic-security service approved by Veltek in advance.

Eligibility for one type of work does not mean every requested activity involving that system is included.

06

What's Not Included

Unless Veltek expressly agrees otherwise in writing, the Promotion does not include:

  • Equipment or replacement equipment.
  • Replacement parts.
  • Cable or cabling materials.
  • New cable installation or substantial cable replacement.
  • Lifts or scaffolding.
  • Specialty access equipment.
  • Parking charges or tolls.
  • Permits or governmental fees.
  • Shipping or freight.
  • Manufacturer or third-party support fees.
  • Software licensing or subscription costs.
  • Monitoring charges.
  • Third-party contractor labor.
  • Locksmith work.
  • Third-party door or mechanical hardware work.
  • Concrete, trenching, paving, civil, or structural work.
  • Preventative-maintenance inspections.
  • Fire-alarm service.
  • Life-safety testing.
  • Code inspections.
  • Warranty work for another contractor, manufacturer, or provider.
  • Major system upgrades or replacement projects.
  • New system installations unless specifically approved.
  • Work outside Veltek's licensing, technical capability, or approved scope.

Applicable taxes on non-promotional products or services are also the customer's responsibility.

07

Additional Costs Require Approval

Veltek will not intentionally perform additional billable labor or purchase excluded materials on the customer's behalf without authorization.

If troubleshooting identifies a need for parts, additional labor, specialty equipment, third-party assistance, or other billable work, Veltek may stop the work, request authorization to continue, prepare an estimate or proposal, or schedule a return visit.

The customer is free to decline additional work. Declining additional work does not create an obligation to purchase anything from Veltek.

08

Service Time

Promotional time applies only to qualifying Veltek service labor approved under the Promotion.

Diagnostic time counts toward the promotional labor allowance.

The Promotion does not guarantee that a problem will be fully resolved within the available promotional time.

Some problems may require additional diagnosis, manufacturer support, replacement components, software access, specialized equipment, additional technicians, or a return visit.

09

Existing Equipment & Third-Party Systems

Veltek may attempt to troubleshoot supported equipment installed by another provider, but participation in the Promotion does not guarantee that Veltek can access, program, repair, or restore every existing system.

Service may be limited by:

  • Missing administrator credentials.
  • Locked or proprietary systems.
  • Expired licenses.
  • Discontinued equipment.
  • Manufacturer restrictions.
  • Unsupported firmware or software.
  • Existing wiring conditions.
  • Failed equipment.
  • Incomplete documentation.
  • Third-party cloud accounts.
  • Customer network restrictions.
  • Other conditions outside Veltek's control.

Time spent investigating those conditions may count as qualifying promotional labor.

10

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing reasonable access to the property and affected equipment.

Where applicable, the customer should provide:

  • Appropriate site access.
  • Access credentials.
  • System administrator information.
  • Available drawings or documentation.
  • Network coordination when required.
  • Building or tenant authorization.
  • Escort requirements.
  • Required shutdown approvals.
  • Information regarding known system problems.
11

Safety & Site Conditions

Veltek may decline, postpone, or discontinue promotional work that Veltek reasonably determines presents an unsafe condition, requires unavailable specialty equipment, falls outside the approved scope or licensing, could damage property without additional authorization, requires another licensed trade, or cannot reasonably be performed under the conditions at the site.

12

Regular Business Hours

Unless Veltek specifically approves otherwise in writing, promotional service is scheduled during Veltek's normal business-service hours.

Emergency, after-hours, weekend, and holiday service is not automatically included in the Promotion. Any different arrangement must be confirmed by Veltek before service is performed.

13

Scheduling & Availability

All promotional visits are subject to technician availability, geographic scheduling, supported system types, and customer access.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a particular appointment date or response time.

Veltek will coordinate an appointment after confirming eligibility and scope.

14

Cancellation & Site Access

Customers should provide reasonable notice if a confirmed appointment must be changed.

Veltek may cancel or withdraw a confirmed promotional visit if the customer repeatedly cancels or fails to provide access, materially misrepresents the requested scope, or if conditions discovered before or during the visit make the work ineligible.

Veltek may allow the visit to be rescheduled at its discretion.

15

No Guaranteed Outcome

The Promotion provides qualifying service labor, not a guarantee of a particular repair outcome.

Some issues can be corrected during the introductory visit. Others may require parts, additional labor, replacement equipment, manufacturer involvement, redesign, or additional investigation.

Veltek does not guarantee that an existing system can be repaired or restored within the promotional labor allowance.

16

No Cash Value or Transfer

The Promotion:

  • Has no cash value.
  • Cannot be redeemed for money.
  • Cannot be applied retroactively to previous work.
  • Cannot be transferred or resold.
  • Cannot be combined with another Veltek discount or promotion unless Veltek approves otherwise in writing.
17

No Obligation for Future Work

Participation does not require the customer to:

  • Purchase equipment from Veltek.
  • Replace an existing system.
  • Change monitoring providers.
  • Enter into a service agreement.
  • Award Veltek another project.
  • Use Veltek for future service.

The customer may decide whether to engage Veltek again after the introductory visit.

18

Offer Availability & Changes

Veltek may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Promotion at any time before a qualifying service visit is confirmed.

A modification made after Veltek has confirmed a customer's qualifying visit will not reduce the promotional labor tier already confirmed for that visit unless the customer and Veltek agree otherwise.

19

Other Veltek Service Terms

The Promotion supplements Veltek's applicable proposals, work orders, service authorizations, and standard terms and conditions.

Any service actually performed may also be subject to those documents. If a signed work authorization or agreement contains terms specifically addressing the work being performed, those terms will apply together with these Promotion Terms.

20

Warranties

Participation in the Promotion does not create any additional warranty for pre-existing equipment or systems.

Any workmanship or service warranty that applies to work performed by Veltek is governed by Veltek's applicable written service terms.

Veltek does not provide a warranty on equipment, installation, programming, wiring, or other work originally provided by another party merely because Veltek inspects or troubleshoots that system.

21

Submission Is a Request, Not Acceptance

Submitting the promotional form is a request for consideration under the Promotion.

Submission does not:

  • Guarantee eligibility.
  • Confirm an appointment.
  • Establish the promotional tier.
  • Create a service contract.
  • Authorize Veltek to incur billable costs.

Veltek will confirm eligibility, scope, promotional tier, and scheduling separately.

22

Questions About the Promotion

Questions regarding eligibility, covered work, exclusions, or promotional service time should be raised with Veltek before the service visit is confirmed.
